India vs South Africa Highlights, 2nd Test Day 2: Yashasvi Jaiswal and KL Rahul held their ground with a composed start at stumps, taking India to 9/0 in reply to South Africa’s imposing 489. Marco Jansen left seething after missing out on his maiden Test hundred, as South Africa put up 489; Kuldeep Yadav starred with a four-wicket haul for India. Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Siraj struck in the ongoing post-lunch session, as India breathed a sigh of relief on Day 2 of the second Test in Guwahati on Sunday. Bumrah removed Simon Harmer (5) and Siraj got Senuran Muthusamy's (109) crucial wicket. Earlier, Muthusamy got his ton in the pre-Lunch session, taking his side to 428/7 in 137 overs at Lunch. Meanwhile, Marco Jansen (51*) also got his fifty, building a dominant partnership with Muthusamy. The visitors did get their first wicket after Tea as a stumping saw Kyle Verreynne depart for 45 off 122 balls. The wicket also ended his partnership with Muthuswamy.
