The Punjab Kings were blown away for 181 in response and RCB thus won the match by 60 runs. This was RCB's fourth consecutive victory and it keeps them in the hunt for a spot in the IPL 2024 playoffs. PBKS, meanwhile, have been knocked out. 

Kohli fell in the 18th over, thus missing out on a 100th century across formats. Rajat Patidar smashed 55 in 23 balls and shared a 76-run stand with Kohli that came in 32 balls for the third wicket. Rain caused a brief interruption right after he fell after which Kohli put up a stand of 92 runs off just 46 balls with Cameron Green, who scored 46 in 27 balls. 

The Punjab Kings won the toss and chose to bowl first as they look for a win in Dharamsala. Sam Curran continues to lead the side, with Shikhar Dhawan still out injured. In the high-stakes clash between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and PBKS, both teams find themselves in a battle for survival in the Indian Premier League (IPL) as they vie for a spot in the playoffs.
