The embattled cricket administrator will e-mail his reply on Tuesday and his legal counsel Mehmood Abdi will handover the hard copy of the same on Wednesday.

"In reply to the third show cause notice Mr Modi is going to reiterate his demand for recusal of both Hononory BCCI secretary N Srivasan and BCCI president Shashank Manohar," Abdi told PTI in Mumbai.

The notice had accused Modi of irregularities in the awarding of theatrical rights during the third IPL season.

"The trail of show cause notices issued to Mr. Modi shows that the Honorary secretary is misusing his position in the BCCI to settle personal scores with him.
