"I have asked Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board Ejaz Butt to submit a written reply as to how the team suffered heaviest debacle to the Lankan team.

"He has directed Coach Intikhab Alam, Manager and CEO Salim Altaf to submit a detailed report on the team's loss against Sri Lanka in a two-day's time.

"As soon as the report is finalised, an appropriate action would taken and the nation would also be informed in this regard," Jilani told Associative Press of Pakistan here at the Parliament House.

Pakistan suffered their biggest one-day defeat when they went down by 234 runs against Sri Lanka in the third day and night international at Lahore on Saturday, handing the visitors a 2-1 win in the three-match series.
