Rain delayed start of the Indian Premier League match between Mumbai Indians and Bangalore Royal Challengers in Bangalore on Tuesday.
Owing to intermittent rains, covers have been brought in and the toss, scheduled for 1530 hrs, has been delayed.
The match though has been rendered inconsequential with both the sides out of reckoning for a semifinal berth.
