Report on Lalit Modi by September end: Scindia

Jyotiraditya Scindia, a member of BCCI's disciplinary committee formed to probe charges of corruption, indiscipline and money laundering against Lalit Modi, has said that the three-member panel would submit its report by the end of September this year.

Jyotiraditya Scindia, a member of BCCI's disciplinary committee formed to probe charges of corruption, indiscipline and money laundering against Lalit Modi, has said that the three-member panel would submit its report by the end of September this year.

"We will try to submit our report by September end," Scindia, who is also an Union Minister of State for Commerce and Industries, told reporters here on Sunday night.

Scindia, who was here to attend a wedding, however, refused to divulge any further details on the issue.

Apart from Scindia, the other members of the disciplinary commitee which is probing charges against the former IPL chairman are interim chief of the Twenty20 league Chirayu Amin and BCCI vice-president Arun Jaitely.
