Indian cricket team batsman Suresh Raina has posted a photo of his meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Amsterdam. The left-hander, along with his wife Priyanka, met Modi on Tuesday as the Prime Minister arrived in the Netherlands as part of his three-nation tour.

Before his arrival in Netherlands, Prime Minister Modi had travelled to Portugal as well as the United States of America where he met President Donald Trump.

Raina, whoselast match for India was against England in a Twenty20 International in Bangalore in February 2017, was included as a back-up in the Indian squad for the Champions Trophy in 2017 which was played in England. Following the end of the tournament, Raina has been holidaying in Europe. Along with some fun time, Raina has also been working on his fitness and has posted photos on his Instagram account of his training and exercise regime.

India are currently playing a five-match and T20I series against West Indies in the Caribbean and Virat Kohli’s side are currently leading the ODI series 1-0, with the next match scheduled to be played on June 30 in Antigua.
