40-year-old doctor shot dead at Uttarakhand govt hospital

Unidentified gunmen shot dead a doctor on duty at Jashpur Government Hospital in Uttarakhand’s Udham Singh Nagar district on Wednesday morning.
Paediatrician Dr Sunil Kumar Singh was on OPD duty when he was shot and killed at a point blank range.
The 40-year-old doctor hails from Bihar’s Gaya district and stays with his family on the hospital campus.
An investigation has been ordered into the incident.
