It was a cold morning in the national capital coupled with moderate foggy conditions, with the minimum temperature settling at 5.9 degrees Celsius.

Humidity was recorded at 97% at 8.30 am, a MeT department official said.

The visibility was recorded at 1,200 meters at 5.30 am which dropped to 800 meters at 8.30 am, he said.
The weatherman has forecast partly cloudy skies during the day.
“The maximum temperature is expected to hover at 26 degrees Celsius,” the official said.
On Sunday, the maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded at 25.8 and 5 degrees Celsius, respectively.
