Making a pass and verbally abusing a young woman driver while chasing her on his Pulsar motorcycle landed a 25-year-old man in trouble. The incident took place on the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) corridor in south Delhi.

The youth, identified as Mohammad Iqbal, was caught by PCR personnel who chased him after the woman complained to them. Iqbal was later handed over to the Lodhi Colony police and a case has been registered against him.
According to a police officer, the girl is a resident of Sidharth Enclave in south Delhi, and was going home when she saw Iqbal chasing her on his motorcycle. “Initially, she did not understand his intentions. She sped away when she realised that the biker was chasing her. Iqbal kept following her and started making rude gestures” said the officer.
On her way, she spotted a PCR van stationed and approached the police personnel for help. The PCR personnel responded quickly and chased Iqbal and caught him. Iqbal is a resident of Dakshinpuri area and works with a private cable company.
