3 minors, observation home caretaker held for snatching

The Delhi Police have arrested a caretaker of an observation home and three of its former inmates, besides another man, for their alleged involvement in several incidents of snatching and auto theft.

The Delhi Police have arrested a caretaker of an observation home and three of its former inmates, besides another man, for their alleged involvement in several incidents of snatching and auto theft.

The caretaker, Rajender Kumar (40), was arrested along with Karan, Ankit Kumar Thakhur and Amar, all juveniles, and Farooq.

With their arrests, the Delhi Police claimed to have solved 19 cases of snatching and auto theft and recovered six gold chains, two stolen motorcycles and a country-made pistol.
