3 youths held for selling fake bus passes

Three youths, including two DTC conductors, were arrested here for allegedly selling forged bus passes to passengers, police said today.

Three youths, including two DTC conductors, were arrested here for allegedly selling forged bus passes to passengers, police said today.

The arrested have been identified as Kannesh Kumar (25), his cousin Jitendra Kumar (24) and Sanjib Kumar Dass (23), Vivek Kishore, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Central), said.

The arrests came following investigations into a complaint filed by DTC conductors Braham Prakash and Pushpender Singh that some of the employees were selling forged daily DTC bus passes to the passengers causing revenue loss.
