A 4-year-old girl was crushed to death by a school bus at Sector Beta on Thursday around 3.30 pm in Greater Noida.

“Arya Deep School’s bus was taking students home on Thursday afternoon. At Sector Beta, a 4-year-old student alighted from the front gate. When she was crossing the road in front of the bus, the driver moved ahead as he could not see her. The child got crushed under the front wheels of her own school bus,” said PP Singh, station house officer (SHO) at Kasna police station.

“Locals took the injured child to the nearby Navin Hospital . But she was declared dead. She had died on the spot. The child was identified as Neha Pal, a resident of Sector Beta. Her father Ajay Pal is a security supervisor,” Singh added
