NEW DELHI: Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday said that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government was committed to providing the “best quality” medical and education facilities to the poorest people of Delhi.

Inaugurating the newly-built Ambedkar Medical College — that will provide 100 seats in the MBBS course — in Rohini, Kejriwal said the AAP government developed 100 mohalla clinics which were more than the number of dispensaries that came up in last 60 years.
“As many as 1,000 mohalla clinics will be ready in Delhi in the next six months,” Kejriwal said, adding that Ambedkar Medical College was completed by the government in “just one year”.
Addressing the gathering, Kejriwal termed his government ‘sabse tej’ (fastest) in the country in constructing schools and hospitals in the city.
