A BJP delegation is planning to meet the Lieutenant-Governor (L-G) over land bungling worth thousand of crores in the city.

Delhi BJP president Vijendra Gupta said a vacant plot measuring 200 acres, notified by the government, has allegedly been shown as an unauthorised colony and given a provisional certificate.
“The ruling party has shown the vacant land on both sides of DND Flyover as Ganga Vihar unauthorised colony and given it provisional certificate. The colony has been shown to be built on 200 acres of land. The market rate of the land is Rs 50,000-Rs 70,000 per sqm. This land had been sold secretly. The purchasers of the land are now trying to sell it on large scale,” said Gupta.
He said contrary to the government’s claims the area is not an occupied colony, but vacant land. “This bungling is in addition to Radha Krishna Vihar, Kotla Mahigram Extension, Jasola, Sarita Vihar and Abul Fazal Enclave Part-2 bungling. We have demanded time-bound and comprehensive enquiry into all such cases,” he said.
