By-election for a seat in the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council, which fell vacant after the resignation of a sitting member Jugool Kishor, will be held on September 23.
The notification will be issued on September 6 and the last date for filing nominations is September 13, said an official release. Counting of votes will take place on September 23.
