The Court said prima facie charges of rape, unnatural sex, abetment of suicide, conspiracy, forgery under IPC and IT Act are made out against Kanda.
The Judge has sent the matter for trial before special court trying sexual offence cases.
Geetika, 23, was found hanging from the ceiling of a room at her Ashok Vihar house in north Delhi on August 5 last year.
She left behind two suicide notes blaming Kanda and his employee Aruna Chaddha, a former official in Kanda's now-defunct MDLR Airlines where Geetika had worked.
Both are now in judicial custody and have denied any involvement in the suicide.
