A team of Delhi Police on Friday visited the two hotels in Paharganj area to find out details of the stay of David Headley, who is alleged to have carried out recce of some places in the Capital.

The team was extending help to the National Investigating Agency, which registered a case against Headley and his Canadian accomplice Tahawwur Hussain Rana to probe their role in various terror strikes in the country, including the 26/11 Mumbai attack.
Sources said the team led by Assistant Commissioner of Police (Special Cell) Ravi Shankar visited the two hotels --De Holiday Inn and Anand -- in Pharaganj and carried out detailed investigation for about half-an hour.
They said the team has seized record registers and other relevant documents from the hotels, besides questioning its staff.
Headley was arrested by the FBI for suspected links with the banned terror group Lashkar-e-Taiba, which had carried out the Mumbai carnage last year that left about 180 people dead.
