It was a hot and sunny Saturday for Delhi residents with clear skies and the maximum temperature settling a notch above average. The Met office has forecast similar weather for Sunday.

The maximum temperature on Saturday was 34.5 degrees Celsius, a notch above the average, while the minimum was recorded at 23.4 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the season, an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.

Sunday will also have clear skies with the IMD forecasting clear skies and the maximum and minimum temperatures hovering around 34 and 23 degrees Celsius.
