To ensure that people travelling by public transport have easy access to information regarding its bus service, the DTC will set up special kiosks at some important bus stops in the capital.

A DTC employee in the kiosk will not only provide information on the route number of buses plying between destinations, it will also give information on fare structure, frequency of buses and expected time of arrival of buses.
Delhi transport minister Arvinder Singh Lovely said, “These kiosks will help us make our bus service more reliable. We have planned to set up 60 kiosks initially at locations like ITO, ISBTs, AIIMS, Dhaula Kuan, Raja Garden etc. These kiosks will be put up near CWG venues to facilitate both local and foreign visitors taking public transport.”
