An 80-year-old woman was allegedly raped by her neighbour in an inebriated condition in Kirti Nagar area late on Wednesday night. The police said the elderly could neither resist nor scream for help during the incident as she was physically weak.

The victim was apparently sleeping outside her house when her neighbour, identified as Shankar, 27, forced himself on her.
