A fire broke out on Monday in the fourth floor of Lok Nayak Bhawan that houses the offices of the Home Ministry among others.
Fire department officials said the blaze was reported from the high rise at around 1.15 pm and fire tenders were rushed to the spot to douse the flame.

"Some people were trapped inside," a senior fire official said.
The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
