DLF had quoted a bid price of Rs 12,000 per square metre as against the reserve price of Rs 11,978 per square metre.
Officials said that a decision in this regard was taken on August 19, a day after the technical bids for the project were evaluated by a sub-committee of the state government.
DLF had emerged as the sole contender to wrap up the bid after its rivals were knocked out on technical grounds.
“We have issued a letter to the DLF accepting their bid. They will deposit 10 per cent of the bid amount,’’ officials said.
The two disqualified bidders were Unitech and Malaysian consortium, Country Heights Holdings Berhad which had Country Heights Pecanwoods Golf and Country Club, South Africa as a technical member and Rajarhat IT Park Ltd as the third member.
