High Court seeks Delhi govt response

The Delhi High Court has sought response from the Delhi government on a petition seeking direction for issuance of circular to all family courts for day-to-day hearing and speedy disposal of the cases pertaining to matrimonial disputes. A division bench asked the counsel for Delhi seekign instruction from the government on a PIL seeking direction for implementation of the Hindu Marriage Act.
