The new website’s launch has been timed to coincide with its third anniversary and with the relaunch of HT’s Tuesday job supplement, ShineJobs.

Amit Garg, Business Head - Internet, HT Media, said, “This year on, starting with this product revamp, we are expecting Shine to take off on a completely different growth trajectory, because our unique matching technology will provide candidates and recruiters better results.”

The new portal will use a unique two-way matching engine called SmartMatch to provide candidates with the most relevant jobs based on their profiles as well as preferences. It will also provide recruiters more relevant candidates, ensuring faster recruitments.
