In Narela, a 33-year-old woman was strangled to death allegedly by her husband on Tuesday. The police have identified the deceased as Shikha. Her husband Ranjeet is still absconding.
The incident was discovered the next day when the neighbours heard the cries of their children and went to investigate.

The body has been sent for post-mortem to Jahangirpuri's Babu Jagjivan Ram Hospital. A murder case has been registered.
