'Increase the payment of teachers'

I have an idea of changing our education system. I think that teachers are future maker of a country and in india they work at contract on mere few thousands rupees. If government really wants to give good education then increase the payment of teachers and conduct an exam of IAS level to recruit teachers in government school.

Even reservation should be given to students studied in govt. school for govt job. This will definitely increase the strength in govt. schools.
