The pilot of IC-809 Mumbai-Delhi-Patna flight informed the air traffic control about the fault in the hydraulic system in the aircraft and landed at 11.15 am.
The A-320 aircraft landed safely as emergency personnel were kept on a standby, airport sources said.
Last week, an Air India plane to Toronto had landed in New Delhi amid emergency conditions after its pilot detected a technical snag midway. It had returned from Amritsar.
