“It is apparent that the prosecution has been able to establish that there was an altercation between Sunil and Balraj,” a division bench of justices B D Ahmed and V K Jain said.
On October 25, 1991, Sunil allegedly caught pigeons belonging to Naurattan and Balraj and clipped their wings.
An altercation that took place between Sunil and Balraj, had led to the murder of the latter, as per prosecution.
