Karzai’s move could leave Pakistan more incensed about Indian role in Afghanistan.

The president, who said he wouldn’t seek another term in office, also said he couldn’t go into the specific details of the military hardware he had sought from India. Karzai held talks with prime minister Manmohan Singh on Tuesday evening.
