Layout plan of newly legal colony passed

It's South Delhi counterpart has promised to clear the layout plans for four such colonies within 10 days. The decisions were taken in the standing committee meetings of the two corporations.

"There are 98 plots in Bhagwan Park colony, located in Burari, which has a total area of 10,430.1 sqmt. The layout committee, which includes the additional commissioner, engineering department, chief town planner and other officials, finalised it and sent it for the standing committee clearance. Now people of the colony can get their individual plans sanctioned and can buy and sell property," leader of the House in the North civic body Mahender Nagpal said.
