A local JMM leader was today shot dead by unknown men in Godda district of Jharkhand.
Deb Narayan Murmu was fired upon by three bike-borne men when he was walking at Mohan Chowk at Mahagama, killing him on the spot, the police said.
The police have sealed the borders and launched raids to arrest them, the sources said.
