Two snatchers were arrested in Central Delhi after they were caught by a man who saw them fleeing with a boy's mobile phone on Sunday.

Two snatchers were arrested in Central Delhi after they were caught by a man who saw them fleeing with a boy's mobile phone on Sunday.

The incident took place in Baljeet Nagar. A senior police officer, on condition of anonymity, said that Ram Kumar, a local, saw two men snatching a boy’s mobile phone near Khera hospital. “He, along with the boy, chased them and caught them,” he said.
