Pankaj Pachauri joins PMO as Adviser, Communications

Well-known television journalist Pankaj Pachauri on Wednesday joined Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's media team as an adviser.

Well-known television journalist Pankaj Pachauri on Wednesday joined Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's media team as an adviser.

The 48-year-old Pachauri joined the PMO as Adviser, Communications, official sources said.

Before joining the PMO, he was the managing editor of NDTV India.

Pachauri had earlier had stints with the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) in London and with India Today.
