Already bugged by parody Twitter accounts, the Prime Minister’s Office now finds that the NAM summit, which the PM attended in Iran earlier this week, was a parody of itself.
“The whole idea of NAM after the end of cold-war is a parody in itself,” an expert claimed, “And that too a summit hosted in Iran, which is often seen as the enemy number one of USA! You can’t be non-aligned if you are either with the USA or Iran.”
“Yes, NAM summit was a parody,” the expert concluded.
With a participating country like Pakistan, which allows US drones to kill its own people for sake of being allied with the USA, the summit is being seen as a pure parody by many experts.
“But what to do, we can’t stop attending NAM summits,” a PMO source said, “It was one of the initiatives of Jawaharlal Nehru. The show must go on.”
