Kumar had not filed any complaint with Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) or Central Industrial Security Force.

“He went to Deen Dayal Upadhyay hospital and his MLC was conducted. The nature of his injuries were blunt and the final report came to us on Friday, after which an FIR under section 337 and 287 (negligent conduct with respect to machinery) was registered at Raja garden metro police station,” a senior police officer said.
