The police are having a tough time tracing the accused’s old Maruti 800 car, despite having part of the car registration number.

The police are having a tough time tracing the accused’s old Maruti 800 car, despite having part of the car registration number.

The reason: Unavailability of vehicle registration data of old vehicles in Gurgaon. The data was burnt in a fire at the regional transport authority office in mid-1990s.
