Ahead of the release of his film “Madaari”, actor Irrfan Khan met Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday and discussed problems of the ‘common man’ with him.

“I cleared my queries and Kejriwal ji patiently responded to all of them. We spoke about the problems a common man faces in his day to day life. We discussed things like accountability, where the tax goes, who takes the decision for the usage of the tax,” said the 49-year-old actor, who has also reached out to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi via Twitter.
The “Jazbaa” star, who addressed the media post the meeting, got into an argument with a journalist when he asked about Kejriwal’s fraught relationship with the Centre.

The actor said this question should be directed to Aam Aadmi Party as he is neither its spokesperson nor Kejriwal’s.
Irrfan said he wants Kejriwal, Modi and Gandhi to watch his film and give their views on how he has presented the common man’s story.
“I want all three of them to watch my film. I haven’t told them, but I would want to know their reaction on what I am trying to say.”
The “Talvar” star said if he gets a chance to meet Modi he will seek permission to record their conversation and share it online.
