"No company with Baba Ramdev as director is registered in the country. However, 34 companies are registered with Acharya Balkrishna as director," minister of state of corporate affairs RPN Singh said in a written reply to the Lok Sabha.

Replying to a question on the number of companies of Ramdev and Balkrishna, the minister said: "The reasons for increase in turn over of these companies in a short span of period cannot be identified at this stage" because filing of annual returns and balance sheets by the companies for the year 2010-11 was due on October 1, 2011.
