Sell houses in new legal colonies

The Lieutenant-Governor has allowed the sale, purchase and registration of sale deeds of properties in colonies that were regularised in October 2012 and January this year.

In an order issued by secretary (UD) on March 12, four categories have been set that needs to be followed.

One such criterion is the trail of owner of a land should be established.
