Security arrangements for gangster Chhota Rajan; Chinese Vice President Li Yuanchao’s visit to the Rajghat; PM Narendra Modi and other VIPs’ visit to Vigyan Bhawan and various other VIP engagements clogged the city’s roads on Friday morning leading to massive jams.

While roads around Pragati Maidan, ITO and Rajghat remained closed, vehicles around the India Gate roundabout were stopped for over 30 minutes. Traffic was also disrupted at Lodhi Colony.

Should the VIPs be asked to use public transport? What is your opinion on the issue?
