A day after his core team overruled him on forming a joint front with Baba Ramdev, anti-corruption activist Anna Hazare on Monday appeared to have reconciled with the decision and said he will not be touring the country with the yoga guru.

Hazare, who spoke for the first time after his team's stormy core committee meeting, accused his former colleague Mufti Shameem Kazmi of breaking his "trust" by allegedly recording the proceedings of the meeting.

He dismissed reports of differences in the team over the participation of Ramdev in his anti-corruption movement.

"We have separate programmes. Whenever we meet during the tour, we will share the dais," Hazare said.

"I told you before that we are not going to be touring together. But we are fighting for the same purpose of getting black money back (from tax havens abroad) and the Lokpal and Lokayukta bills. We stand together and there is no change in that," he said.

Most of Hazare's team members are against joining hands with Ramdev.

They feel the allegations around some of his business deals could hit the image of Hazare's movement.

Prashant Bhushan, a key Team Anna member, said there was no question of a common platform with Ramdev.
