Two foreign nationals held for duping people of lakhs

The Delhi Police crime branch has arrested two foreign nationals for allegedly duping several people of lakhs of rupees promising to convert black paper to Euros. The accused have been identified as Md Hassan, a Chad national and Ngwem Cyriac, a Cameroon national.

Black papers have been recovered from them, police said. Ashok Chand, DCP (crime) said the arrest came on Friday following an investigation into a complaint lodged by a person from Haryana, who was allegedly cheated by the duo of Rs 3 lakh.
