disrupted proceedings protesting against the announcement for a separate Telangana.

Sivaprasad raising slogans even as Speaker Meira Kumar asked them not to display placards, saying the members should observe "sanctity" of the House.
Fissures in TDP and Congress were visible with a lone TDP member R Ramesh trooping into the Well in favour of separate Telangana.
