Wanna get inked Delhi? Head to the Heartwork Tattoo Festival this winter

We give you a lowdown of what to expect when visiting the second edition of the upcoming Heartwork Tattoo Festival in the city.

If you’ve been wishing to get inked by some of the best names in the tattoo industry, now is your chance. Back in the city for its second edition, the Heartwork Tattoo Festival has brought 110 tattoo artists tattooing live under one roof, besides some good music.

In its debut edition last year, the three-day tattoo, music and lifestyle festival featured several renowned tattoo artists including the likes of Andy Shou, Paul Booth and Anil Gupta, apart from power packed performances by Parikrama, Undying Inc, Fuzz Culture. “Last year’s success helped a lot of people understand the art of tattooing better, which led to appreciation and also cleared myths about it. We’ve got a lot of queries and requests for this year and have planned the festival to be bigger and more fun for all,” says Lokesh Verma, one of the organisers of the festival.

This year the fest features eminent tattoo artists such as Bez666, Jay Freestyle, Stepan Negur and Andrey Biserov, and is expected to attract over 10,000 tattoo and music enthusiasts. Apart from performances by Kabir Cafe, Rishi Rich project, Soul Inclination and stand up comedians such as Jeeveshu Ahluwalia, the festival also has live graffiti, skateboarding, biker groups and more.
