Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday said that he will not seek bail in the case violating prohibitory orders and protesting outside Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's house over a CAG report said the national exchequer lost around Rs 1.86 lakh crore due to coal allocations without competitive bidding during 2005-09.

"Govt has slapped several charges against us. All false. We will confess violating section 144 and wud invite punishment. Rest charges bogus," Kejriwal tweeted on Monday.

Kejriwal, Kumar Vishwas, Manish Sisodia and Prashant Bhushan will appear before a court.

They are likely to be sent to judicial custody, if they do not ask for a bail.
