Youth's body found near Tourism Minister's house

The body of a well-dressed young man was found in the back lane of Renuka Chowdhury's official 76, Lodhi Estate residence.

Body of a man was found near Union Tourism Minister Renuka Chowdhury's residence in the high-security Lodhi Estate area of the capital early Thursday morning, police sources said.

The body of a well-dressed young man, aged about 26 years, was found in the back lane of Chowdhury's official 76, Lodhi Estate residence, they said.

It had injury mark on the left side below the chest, the sources said.

"The incident has happened elsewhere and the body was thrown here later," they said.

The youth had fair complexion, was well dressed and appears to be a professional used to working in the late hours, the sources added.
