More than 280 students from around the country have won French government- and industry-sponsored scholarships for masters and PhDs in France. About 200 of the awardees, parents, teachers and professors from various universities took part in a pre-departure programme and scholarship award ceremony inaugurated by Francois richier, ambassador of France to India, in Delhi.
