Big B, Katy Perry in legal trouble over IPL show

The Chennai High Court has ordered a hearing into the accusation of indecency against US pop star Katy Perry and Bollywood stars Amitabh Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra and Salman Khan over their dance acts at the IPL opening show in April.

The Chennai High Court has ordered a hearing into the accusation of indecency against US pop star Katy Perry and Bollywood stars Amitabh Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra and Salman Khan over their dance acts at the IPL opening show in April.

The court acted on a public interest complaint filed by a lawyer which alleged that the show was “obscene and lascivious, appealing to prurient interest.”
