It seems Paris Hilton is ready to walk down the aisle. The hotel heiress has spilled the beans on her love life and has insisted that she is serious about boyfriend Cy Waits.

It seems Paris Hilton is ready to walk down the aisle. The hotel heiress has spilled the beans on her love life and has insisted that she is serious about boyfriend Cy Waits.

"It's really serious and I''m so happy," RadarOnline quoted her as telling KIIS Fm radio host Ryan Seacrest when asked how her relationship with her beau was going.

"He is an incredible person and I''m so lucky. Things have never been better in my life. I'm in a great place," she said.

Asked if she thought Waits was going to propose, she said; "I''m sure. Yeah. We love each other very much so we will see what happens."

The couple has been dating since August 2010.
